RUNS

Run with LARK

Run with Lark every Thursday at 6pm, rain or shine.

We gather in front of Hinterland Bar & Food Carts on SE 50th Avenue between SE Division Street and SE Lincoln Street, where we share with you the route and distance for the week and head out by 6:05pm.

Run at your own pace, with other Larkers or on your own, and meet us back at Hinterland for the finish line where you can grab a drink or snack (at your discretion) or just some sweaty social time (the best kind).

Running with Lark is free, and registration isn’t required (just show up!) but we recommend you join the email list to get weekly routes and updates in your inbox.

Runners agree to our community guidelines, and we reserve the right to ask any runner who doesn’t comply not to no longer run with us.

Childcare

LARK started as a way for founder Kimberly Novosel to build community around this sport as well as support single and solo parents like herself who face additional barriers to getting out there regularly. We offer free childcare for single parents during the run with a limited number of spots available each week. Our childcare program is community-based and voluntary, with a background-checked, actively working caregiver, and will begin October 8th.

Get all the info and register your child here.

Support LARK to help us continue to offer this important benefit.

New Runners &
First Time Larkers

If you’re new to running or a first time runner at a Lark run, welcome.

When we say all paces, we mean it. Run, walk, run/walk, move at a pace that feels right to you (as we should all do each and every run). We make sure the routes are shared in a number of ways so that you can follow it on your own, if you need to or if you prefer.

Let us know if you have any questions, and feel free to show up a few minutes early to connect with other runners or introduce yourself to Lark Leadership.

We’re thrilled to have you along!

Voluntary Participation

Lark Run Club is an informal, volunteer-run community gathering, not a formal organization. Participation in group runs is voluntary, and each runner is responsible for their own safety, pace, and awareness of traffic and surroundings. By joining a run, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
